i completely agree with you, i mean it just takes your time from hanging out with your friends. Besides at school its like all you can think about is how your going to do your homework.And i should also know, im in sixth grade and our teacher belives homework is good only for some retarded kids that need extra practice. But im not retarded.

While I agree that you may learn something doing homework, and homework may keep you from worse activities, I have to disagree with your comment about computers.
Personally, I think time on a computer can be very educational. I also think we can find good activities for our kids. We don’t need schools to assign homework in order to make sure they have something good and educational to do.

I personaly think homework is an exelent way to succed in life
1sth of all it gets your mind on something more inportant than video games, msn, and lots of other things that melts your brain.
2d of all it makes your days lesson sink in so you can remember for the rest of the day and possibly for the rest of your life!

d of all the saying that says thet it is the worst time to do homework at nite to me is NOT true because I did some research on over 20 sites and it says that children work better at diffrent times, so one of them like to do theyr homework first thing when the get home, others like to have a snak and then do theyr homework, sometimes they like to do it right befor bed!
So I now hope you make the right choice
have a better education, go to college
or stay there on the computer
throwing your life away
