My book was sitting in my bookbag which is currently located at my feet. My textbooks are thankfully in the next room over which means you get to read from Four Essays on Liberty by Isaiah Berlin page 56 sentence 5:
It alone at once explains and justifies.
The it Berlin is referring to is Teleology. If you enjoy philosophical/political science readings on liberty this is a must read. I get my books the old fashion way, the library.
