I&#039;d like to add that with open source, you often have fewer NDA&#039;s, contracts, and other expensive legal overhead. This can significantly speed up the process of getting going, and remove barriers between companies. You don&#039;t have to get legal approval and a blessing from the CEO to talk to your counterpart from another company.
